Hit Fabrique this past Tuesday and was thrilled to see semlor. Not GF, of course.
But I tucked into a singular semla with a cappuccino and enjoyed it nonetheless. I paid for it later (well, I paid in currency while there and in discomfort while alone at my hotel).
Minor nit is that it was too sweet (the almond paste and whipped cream each had too much sugar). Americanized, methinks.

Aus pur logistischen Gründen laufen bei mir mehr Runden online - keine Fahrzeit, leichtere Terminfindung.
